"Divine Sage" is an NPC on Planarcadia, located in Duomension City. His location after completing Adventure Mission Touched in 8-Bit is determined by the player's choice during the mission.

Profile

"Divine Sage" is an elderly game developer who has been making a shoot 'em up game featuring two playable pixel planes, the red one named "The Dreamsoul" and the white one named "The Demonic Wit." During the events of Adventure Mission Touched in 8-Bit, he confronted an IPC Creative Team Leader who wanted to buy his game but only keep the white plane.[1]

If the red plane was destroyed

"Divine Sage" accepts the deal and destroys the red plane. Later, the game is published by the IPC.[1]

If the white plane was destroyed

"Divine Sage" rejects the deal and keeps the red plane. Silver Wolf comes across their dialogue and posts a video to promote his game. The game is currently still in development.[1]

If neither plane was destroyed

"Divine Sage" rejects the deal and releases both planes. Silver Wolf comes across their dialogue and posts a video to promote his game. Later, the planes are picked up by a kid named Avin.[1]

(After completing Adventure Mission Touched in 8-Bit, if the white plane was destroyed.)
"Divine Sage": When it comes to making games, having fun is what matters most.
"Divine Sage": Even if the aircraft gets wrecked, as long as I'm still here, my independent spirit lives on! I can always build it again.
"Divine Sage": But now I'm happy, and seeing that IPC supervisor unhappy makes me even happier. What could be more worthwhile than that?
"Divine Sage": I am who I am! The divine sage of game dev!

(After completing Adventure Mission Touched in 8-Bit, if neither plane was destroyed.)
Avin: Look, these two airplane models I picked up look so strange. They're old and ugly, nobody likes this sort of design anymore.
Flory: Then why do you carry them with you, as if they're some sort of treasure?
"Divine Sage": ...
"Divine Sage": Wanna learn? I can teach you.
