Emanator of Cans is a scammer who tricks people into becoming disciples of the "King of Cans," a fictitious Aeon-like being. He has committed dozens of crimes, including extorting money from Dreamflux Reef residents, spreading rumors that the Watchmaker's appearance is similar to that of a trash can, and failing to pay his tab at the bar.
