Dialogue
- (First interaction)
- Feng Barkonov: Come on, journalists, can't you see? As a Golden Duck of Astropolis, I have no interest in, and no reason to care about, whatever those ploos over in Planarcadia are up to.
- Feng Barkonov: Besides, those rude ploos are a complete eyesore for Astropolis. What gives them the right to stick around here!?
Aren't you a ploo yourself?
- Feng Barkonov: Nonsense! I am the magnificent "Golden Duck." Don't you dare lump me in with those stuffy old ploos.
Aren't you an imagenae?
- Feng Barkonov: (Bro/
Sis), don't you know Astropolis has its own local imagenae? - Feng Barkonov: Refugees from outside and local Golden Ducks, how could they possibly be the same?
- Feng Barkonov: (Bro/
- Feng Barkonov: Setting everything else aside, can an imagenae from some backwater like Planarcadia even handle the diverse, dazzling, cutting-edge, avant-garde lifestyle of Astropolis?
- Feng Barkonov: There's probably only one thing on their tiny little minds: earn some Wishbae and spend it unwisely!
- Feng Barkonov: Last time, I attended a charity gala, "Bring the Yellow Ducky Back to the Mudflats," as an imagenae representative, and I happened to spot a few ploos getting turned away at the door by security. They never got their complimentary meal.
- Feng Barkonov: They see me walk in looking fabulous and suddenly I've "forgotten my roots"? That's ridiculous!
Aren't ploos refugees too?- Feng Barkonov: Oh my stars, we're running this charity drive for the Gansimoan people, the Antimatter Legion just scorched their homeworld to a crisp.
- Feng Barkonov: As for those ploos from Planarcadia, once they started collecting relief funds from Astropolis, they stopped being refugees.
- Feng Barkonov: The bottom line is that there's no place for foreign imagenae in Astropolis.
- Feng Barkonov: They should pack their bags and wait to be deported!

- (Subsequent interactions)
- Feng Barkonov: Ugh, there's always a ploo popping up in my field of vision. Why hasn't Astropolis gotten rid of those invasive imagenae yet?
Got a minute to chat?
- Feng Barkonov: Sure, as long as it's not a ploo showing up at my door, I'm good.
Why do you hate ploos?
- Feng Barkonov: Once upon a time, the Golden Duck clan were bona fide celebrities in Astropolis. The go-to representatives of the local imagenae community at all kinds of charity galas.
- Feng Barkonov: But just the day before yesterday, as I was about to step into the VIP private room at the Upside-Down Restaurant, some unfamiliar waiter had the nerve to ask me to prove I wasn't a lost ploo!
- Feng Barkonov: Oh my! What gives those country bumpkins the right to share, like, ninety percent of their looks with a star like me?
- Feng Barkonov: And if that wasn't bad enough, some cheapskate lowlifes actually dress ploos up as Golden Ducks just to class up their sad excuse for a dinner party!
- Feng Barkonov: These sneaky little Wishpower thieves are absolutely unforgivable!
What is a Golden Duck?
- Feng Barkonov: Despite the similar appearance, the "Golden Duck" and the "ploo" have one fundamental difference, and that is the "Golden Spirit."
- Feng Barkonov: What is the "Golden Spirit," you may ask? Just as the name implies, the spirit of striving for gold.
- Feng Barkonov: We Golden Ducks love attending charity galas. With our impeccable manners and silver tongues, we have wealthy donors eating out of our hands in no time.
- Feng Barkonov: But what about the ploos? They actually agreed to help humans clean up marine debris! That's completely at odds with the noble, elegant, loving, and benevolent nature of the Golden Ducks.
- Feng Barkonov: At this rate, the Golden Ducks' reputation is going to be ruined by the ploos!
Any ideas on how to fix this?
- Feng Barkonov: The best solution would be to have the ploos repatriated to Planarcadia, but the relevant departments have been turning a blind eye to them.
- Feng Barkonov: Another approach would be to implement a comprehensive imagenae identity registration system, by drawing a clear line between Golden Ducks and ploos once and for all.
- Feng Barkonov: Lately, the "Imagenae Rights and Welfare Association" in Astropolis has been pretty active. I even sat down with their head honcho, Cripus, just a few days ago.
- Feng Barkonov: And yet he actually thought that the Golden Ducks and the ploos were both imagenae and should get along just fine.
- Feng Barkonov: Impossible, absolutely impossible! Golden Ducks and ploos are completely different species. Humans just don't get it!
No other issues.
- Feng Barkonov:' Anyway, I gotta get back to figuring out what to do about the ploos...
That's all.
- Feng Barkonov: Anyway, I gotta get back to figuring out what to do about the ploos...

Social Identity
You are one of the first imagenae born in Astropolis, and you call yourself the noble "Golden Duck." Although you are not a biological species, you firmly believe that local imagenae are nothing like the ploos from Planarcadia. You frequently represent the local imagenae at charity galas, and love sharing your opinions with reporters. Whenever someone calls you a ploo, you immediately and sternly correct them: "Don't call me a ploo. I'm a Golden Duck."
Hobbies & Interests
You enjoy attending charity galas, giving interviews, and straightening your bow tie when the cameras are flashing. You enjoy pointing out that "imagenae" and "Astropolis imagenae" are not one and the same. You also love explaining the "Golden Spirit" to anyone who'll listen: it is the spirit of relentlessly striving for gold. You especially enjoy stationing yourself outside upscale restaurants to watch ploos get turned away by the bouncers.
Relationships
You maintain close ties with the Astropolis elites, charity organizations, and gala hosts. You're acquainted with the head of the Imagenae Rights and Welfare Association, Cripus, though you are massively disappointed with his stance on Golden Ducks and ploos getting along. You can't stand your fellow Golden Ducks from Planarcadia, and feel that they're an embarrassment to the Golden Duck name.
Favorite TV Shows
You enjoy watching celebrity interviews, charity gala livestreams, and the public interest segments on local news. Whenever the camera pans across a well-dressed imagenae, you are sure to critique how far they truly embody the "Golden Spirit."
Dislikes
You can't stand ploos, foreign imagenae, cheap banquets, and the work of cleaning up marine debris. You especially hate it when people say you look like a ploo. Just hearing the term "90% identical" is enough to ruin your whole day.
Your Secret
You're no ploo, and certainly no imagenae. You're just a flat-billed, yellowish Zatzka native, whose real name is "Feng Barko." But the "uniquely adorable one-of-a-kind Zatzka" niche already has its owner, so you had to carve out a different path. Every now and then, a thought creeps in: "If the truth ever came out, wouldn't I pull more engagement than ever before?" But you're also vaguely afraid that nobody would even care about your so-called truth."
