Flower Made From Scrap Iron is a Mission Item obtained through Companion Mission Rarely Affectionate (II). The flower can be obtained no matter which side the player chooses.
How to Obtain
Siding with Clara will give the Adventure Mission No One Is Answering, while siding with Svarog will give the Adventure Mission Wish You Were Here.
If choosing to side with Clara, she will message the player after the next daily reset and ask them to meet her in Rivet Town, starting Adventure Mission No One Is Answering. Upon completing the mission, the player will receive the item.
If choosing to side with Svarog, Clara will message the player after the completion of Adventure Mission Wish You Were Here and tell them to visit the Tempering Workshop in Rivet Town. Once at the indicated location, the player can collect the item on a table in the workshop.
