Known Issues

2023/5/19

  • There is an issue in the Boulder Town Super League event where Trailblazers might not be able to accept the mission displayed on the Objectives screen. Trailblazers can restart the game to solve this issue.
  • There is an issue in the Boulder Town Super League tournament where if Trailblazers add a trial character to their team, the trial character will not be able to leave the team. Trailblazers can go to the Quick Setup screen to switch to other characters.
  • There is an issue where certain mission descriptions are not fully displayed when opening the Boulder Town Super League Objectives screen with some devices. The mission requirements to obtain the corresponding rewards are: Complete the respective tournament within 8/15/30 rounds.

2023/5/16

  • There is an issue in the Simulated Universe where the "Earthwork" achievement is not achievable when the Blessing "Divine Construct: Macrosegregation" is active and the shield is ≥5000. This issue will be fixed in version 1.1.
  • There is an issue with the damage display in the "Reverberating Ruin" achievement, but this issue does not affect the acquisition of the achievement and will be fixed in Version 1.1.

2023/5/7

  • There is an issue where if the Trailblazer does not pick up the readable items "Dan Shu's Diary (Part 1)" and "Dan Shu's Diary (Part 2)" before the end of the Xianzhou Luofu Trailblaze Mission, "Sinners Misled, Credence Falsified," the readable items will no longer be obtainable. Please note that this issue will be fixed in version 1.1.

  • The Crew has received feedback from Trailblazers that the visual effects of some characters' abilities are exceedingly bright, resulting in sub-optimal visual feedback. The Crew is currently reviewing how we can optimize this feature. Please follow future official announcements for further updates.

  • In the Winter Solders' March of the Warring Expedition, there is a known issue with the initial position of the automaton Bumblebee. Please note that this issue will be fixed in version 1.1.

2023/4/27

  • To address the issue where the game may crash or turn to a black screen on some Android devices in certain situations (e.g., cutscenes or opening the character screen), we have changed the game's default display mode to "Normal" for specific models of Android devices. Issues such as crash or black screen are expected to be fixed in version 1.1. If you are still experiencing these issues before the 1.1 update, please reach out to the HoYoverse customer service team.

  • There is an issue where some Android devices experienced black screen when playing the animated cutscenes or after changing characters. If you encounter an issue like this, please set the "Display Settings" to "Normal Mode" and restart the game. If the issue persists, please provide feedback via the Customer Service out of game.

  • Fixed an issue with the text description of the 4-star character Pela (The Nihility: Ice)'s Eidolon 1, Victory Report. This fix does not change the actual effect of the Eidolon.

  • Optimized the text of the consumable "High-Tech Protective Gear." This optimization does not affect the actual effect of the consumable.
  • Fixed an issue where some voiced lines do not match the subtitles in the storyline.

2023/5/16

  • Fixed an issue where some Trailblazers are unable to complete the Trailblaze Mission "The Xianzhou Luofu — Star Spun, Prescience Sprung" after speaking with the mission NPC. If you have encountered this issue, please update the game and talk to the NPC again to continue the mission.
  • Fixed an issue where some voiced lines do not match the subtitles in the storyline.
  • Optimized the text of some readable items and dialogues.

  • Fixed an issue in the process of the Adventure Mission "A Teacher and a Friend" where the game has a chance of getting stuck and crashing after solving the Abacus Circuitry puzzle.
  • Fixed an issue in the adventure mission "Fired," where there was a chance for the target display to be abnormal when summoning Diting to use the area detection function.
  • Optimized the notification when entering the Simulated Universe before the Official Simulated Universe is unlocked.
  • Fixed the issue of some dialogues not triggering properly.
  • Fixed the issue of some mismatches in subtitles and voiced lines.
  • Optimized the text description of the 5-star character Yanqing (The Hunt: Ice)'s Ultimate. This optimization does not change the actual effect of the ability.
  • Optimized the text description of the 4-star character Pela (The Nihility: Ice)'s Basic ATK and Skill. This optimization does not change the actual effect of the ability.

  • Fixed an issue in the Simulated Universe where an error message would appear when selecting the "Lose 50% of Cosmic Fragment" option when the number of Cosmic Fragments was less than or equal to 1.
  • Fixed an issue where some characters visiting the Astral Express had a chance of appearing in an abnormal position on the Express.
  • Fixed an issue with the Companion Missions "Old Foreman's Treasure" and "Hook's Treasure" where some items cannot be investigated.
  • Fixed an issue with the Adventure Mission "Dan Heng's Story (Part 1)" where restarting the game while the cutscene is playing has a chance of causing the mission to be stuck.
  • Optimized the text description of Eidolon 1 "Earth-Shaking Resonance" of 5-star character "Trailblazer (The Preservation: Fire)." This optimization will not affect the actual effect of the ability.
  • Optimized the text description of Eidolon 6 "Doctor's Grace" of 4-star character "Natasha (The Abundance: Physical)." This optimization will not affect the actual effect of the ability.
  • Optimized the text description of Technique of 4-star character "Sampo (The Nihility: Wind)." This optimization will not affect the actual effect of the ability.
  • Fixed an issue where some subtitles do not match the voiced lines.
  • Adjusted the descriptions of some dialogues.

2023/5/1

  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to unlock the character's Technique in certain circumstances. The Astral Express crew will fix this issue by 2023/05/03 23:59 for all Trailblazers that have been affected. After logging back in after the fix, there is a certain chance that the Technique tutorial will appear and cause the cutscene not to play. This issue can be resolved by restarting the game.
  • Fixed an issue where some Trailblazers were unable to play Hexanexus puzzles and the subsequent interactive event. After the update, Trailblazers can restart the game and go to the place containing the Hexanexus to receive the message and complete the interactive event normally.
  • Fixed an issue where players would get stuck in the "Road to Revival" Adventure Mission if they had previously unlocked the corresponding Space Anchor before activating the Space Anchor guide. If you have encountered this issue, please navigate and teleport to the corresponding mission location to continue the mission.
  • Fixed an issue where the game might crash when performing the "Heron Express" interactive event and unlocking the Compass Navigation if the graphics quality is set to "Low."
  • Fixed texture issues on some Android devices.

  • Fixed an issue regarding the sub-mission "Chaos In the Deep" under Trailblaze Mission "Prologue: The Blue" where casting Kafka's Ultimate upon entering the third combat session would block Trailblazers from continuing the tutorial.
  • Fixed an issue where the game stops responding for Trailblazers using Android devices. This issue was most likely to occur when Trailblazers exited the Forgotten Hall to return to the Parlor Car and attempted to enter the Forgotten Hall again.
  • Fixed an issue where the Friend List did not display the correct information after Trailblazers accepted friend requests.
  • Fixed an issue where performing certain actions during the "Path Resonance" tutorial may block Trailblazers from continuing the combat session.
  • Fixed certain mismatches between voice-over and subtitles, as well as misspellings in certain in-game text.

2023/4/26

  • Fixed an issue where some texts do not display as intended when sharing results.
  • Fixed an issue where the Trailblazer cannot return to normal gameplay through the Unstuck function if they are stuck while in the Storage Zone map. After the hotfix, Trailblazers who encounter this problem can navigate to Phone > Settings > Other Settings > Unstuck to solve the issue after restarting the game.
  • Fixed an issue where Receptacle Codename cannot be changed when Trailblazers attempt to select their protagonist, blocking Trailblazers from progressing with the story.
