Guangda (Chinese: 广大) is an NPC aboard the Xianzhou Luofu. He can be found next to the entrance to the Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery at the Exalting Sanctum.

What to orderlies do, then?

Guangda: It's really simply, actually. Diplomatically, we say we carry out executive orders. But really, it's just a bunch of menial tasks. We slog through chores, run errands, and get paid the lowest rank of wages...

What sort of place is the Realm-Keeping Commission?

Guangda: On the surface, we're the department that handles general affairs aboard the Xianzhou. The census, resource allocation, environmental protections, time calibration... We get up to all of these kinds of things.

Guangda: To be blunt, it's just a bunch of everyday chores like listening to daily problems, allocating food stocks, cleaning up after people, and notifying the public about the time.

Guangda: It sounds really lofty and amazing, but...
