Gameplay Notes
- The Herta's Talent, Hand Them Over, increases the DMG Multiplier of Enhanced Skill's final AoE hit based on the number of "Interpretation" stacks on the primary target enemy.
- The Herta's first Bonus Ability, Aloofly Honest, grants her a DMG Boost of 50% when using Enhanced Skill and if the primary target's "Interpretation" stack reaches 42, lasting until the end of this attack.
- The Herta's first Eidolon, Night at Shorefall, additionally calculates 50% of the "Interpretation" stacks on the 1 target with the highest stacks out of the primary target and adjacent targets of Enhanced Skill. When using Enhanced Skill to reset "Interpretation," reset the stack number to 15 instead.
- With this Eidolon, 28 stacks of "Interpretation" on the primary target is considered reaching the original maximum of 42 stacks.
- The Herta's second Eidolon, Wind Through Keyhole, advances forward her subsequent action by 35% after using Enhanced Skill.
