Huifu (Chinese: 惠父) is the current Realm-Keeping Commissioner of the Xianzhou Luofu[1] and a member of the Six Charioteers. Their office, the General Affairs Office,[2] has not yet appeared in-game.
Profile
As the leading figure and minister of the Xianzhou Luofu's Realm-Keeping Commission, Huifu holds the highest authority over the fleet's general affairs. Following the resolution of the Stellaron Crisis, they and the rest of the Commission focused on eradicating any remaining disturbances caused by the event. They believed that the Commission’s foremost priority should be to rebuild civilians' trust in the Alchemy Commission, and sought the assistance of the other Commissions in this effort.[1]
Some have reportedly described Huifu as "a heartless monster" due to their stance against any further cooperation or diplomacy with Claretwheel Temple, a position they elaborated on in an official statement addressed to the other Commissions and the Ten-Lords Commission.[3]

Etymology
- 惠 huì can refer to a benefit, favor, or advantage, and is also an uncommon surname in China. 父 fǔ literally means "father," but can also function as an honorific suffix used after a man's courtesy name.
- Since 父 fǔ is not commonly used in given names, 惠父 huìfǔ may not be their real name, but rather a courtesy name.
- Because 父 fǔ is used exclusively for men, Huifu is likely male.
