To unlock this achievement, interact with the suitcase near the cable car in Administrative District after completing Trailblaze Mission No Time for Me, My Friend in the chapter In the Sweltering Morning Sun. Choosing a specific dialogue path will cost Praise of High Morals ×1. However, choosing the dialogue path that denies every request for Praise of High Morals ×1 will grant the achievement at no cost.
