Jinwen: Thank you for checking in. I'm really not doing too well...

Jinwen: What's wrong? Well... It's a long story.

Jinwen: A few months back, I lost touch with my favorite apprentice. But I've just heard that she's been sucked into the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus.

Jinwen: Later, I learned that the whole city was hunting down our chief alchemist. Only then did I realize that Lady Dan Shu had joined up with the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus.

Jinwen: I went away for business a while ago, and I came back to find that the Alchemy Commission had been sealed off for investigation. I was told that many of us had been found to be colluding with the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus.

Jinwen: Just last night, I ordered some razorboar trotter rice, but the diner said they couldn't deliver it to the Alchemy Commission anymore. I'm guessing it's because even the trotter rice has joined up with the Disciples.

Jinwen: Sigh... What should I do next... Hey! What brings you here today?

I have a few questions I wish to ask you...

Jinwen: Ask away, though I've just returned to the headquarters and might not have all the answers.

Jinwen: Indeed. I'm not feeling too good. How should I explain this? Hmm... let me start from the beginning.

Jinwen: I kind of grew up in the Alchemy Commission. When I was little, the adults around me kept saying that the commission was going to decline.

Jingwen: Take my apprentice as an example. She was only in her forties when she was sent to the Fedson Interstellar Hospital where I trained her for about fifty years. She returned to the Luofu before me and kept in touch with me through letters.

Jingwen: I lost contact with her a few months ago... It was only when I was back at the Luofu and visited her home when her family told me that she had gone missing.
