Just One Passing Martial Tutor is an Achievement in the category The Memories We Share.

To obtain this achievement, the player must guide the fighters who are training during their break to complete their practice on the Skysplitter.

The achivement will be obtained when the cutscene triggers, it doesn't matter if the player decides to guide the fighters who are training during their break or not.

Trivia

This achievement's name may be a reference to the quote 「通りすがりの仮面ライダーだ!覚えておけ!」 "I'm just one passing Kamen Rider! Remember this!" from Kamen Rider Decade when the main character Kadoya Tsukasa (Japanese: 門矢士) answered his opponents before transforming into Kamen Rider Decade.
