To unlock this achievement, take the following steps:

1. In Central Starskiff Haven, interact with the glaive sitting against the wall on the top-left area west of the red stairs. (Which dialog option you choose is irrelevant.)
2. In Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery, Exalting Sanctum, confront the same unnamed man.
3. In the same room, talk to Jingyan and select "I've been scammed."
4. Select "250 Credits." or "500 Credits."
