Max Out Mods Before Play is an Achievement in the category Fathom the Unfathomable.
To unlock this achievement, the player must complete three challenge goals in a single run of "Star Rabbit's" Cheat Mode.
Gameplay Notes
- Cheat Mode is unlocked once the player gathers all Nameless Wispae within the Star Rabbit's area.
