Profile
Mr. Jielian was a cultural anthropologist and founder of the sect of borisin studies at the Xianzhou Luofu's Grand Virtue Academy. He had at least one known disciple, Zongguang, and led a team of researchers across many planets to study the borisin.[1]
He and a team of twenty-six dedicated researchers and students collected and recorded the cultural phenomenon regarding the borisins' tribes and hunting rituals. Such research led them to scour battlefields in search of war relics, seek out freed slaves, and even conducted field research by infiltrating borisin settlements under the guise of an IPC trade team.[2] One such excursion saw Mr. Jielian and Zongguang visiting Pisdo to observe the Rhinohound Pack.[1]
However, during the course of this research, Mr. Jielian lost his life to the borisin. Dr. Zongguang then published the culmination of their research in the form of the Borisin Folk Song Collection.[2]
