For every 1% overflow amount consumed, increases the multiplier by 0.12%—0.264% for the DMG dealt when this summoned Netherwing triggers the ability effect of its Talent "Wings Sweep the Ruins." If there are 2 enemy target(s) or fewer on the field when summoned, the DMG multiplier additionally increases by 0.24%—0.528%.
