To unlock this achievement, defeat the Warp Trotter in Rivet Town located in the alleyway to the southeast of the map. After the battle, the player will obtain the Mission Item Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell. Submit this item to the "Weak Female Voice" that comes from the lit window on the street on top of the bridge, north of Rivet Town's entrance. After talking to the voice, investigate the window again to obtain the Damaged Music Box. Return to the Warp Trotter's original location and submit the Damaged Music Box to the Anxious Woman.

In addition to the Achievement, players will receive Praise of High Morals ×1.

Gameplay Notes

• A dialogue icon will appear when approaching the correct window.
• If the Anxious Woman has not spawned, reload the map by traveling to another area then returning.

Trivia

• This achievement and the related NPCs and items tied to it are a reference to a side quest from the video game Bloodborne, in which the player may help a young girl look for her mother (and subsequently, help the young girl's sister look for her). A music box, ribbon, and boar-like enemy are also involved in the quest.
