Hey friend! You're still at the space station, right? I wanna talk to you about somethingYep, still here
Yep, still here. What is it?Nope, already gone
I'm already goneNot at the space station anymoreAnd I won't be coming back
...Don't be like thisWhy didn't you say this before?
Why didn't you say this before?
I didn't wanna say that with so many people around. My boss was there too
It's been a while since that incident, but I'm still very worried about the space station's cybersecurityI wanna prepare while I can, and I've got an idea that I wanna run past youLet's talk about the details face to face. I'm outside the officePlease make sure to drop by!- (Mission Unlocked Sealed Sector)
Talk with Leonard
Mission DescriptionThe troubles caused by Silver Wolf have abated, but Leonard still looks concerned...
- (Talk to Leonard)
- Leonard: Hey friend, over here! You're finally here, I've been waiting for a long time.
Sorry to keep you waiting.
- Leonard: Hey, what's with the politeness? I looked for you for help, so I'm willing to wait.
We just saw each other not that long ago.
- Leonard: Is that so? Maybe I just wanted to see you, so I got impatient!
- Leonard: Thing is, like I said in my message, even if the invasion is over, it still exposed many security issues the space station faces. In other words, gaps.
- Leonard: Following Lead Researcher Asta's orders, the space station formed a special task force to tackle this problem.
- Leonard: In my opinion, aside from technical upgrades, it is more important to increase staff members' awareness and precaution. Many of Silver Wolf's attacks honed in on individual bad habits, and those are too difficult to defend against.
Fair enough.
Like... you?
- Leonard: Nonsense! What I did was... was... a demonstration! That's right. It's a demonstration to illustrate my point in a more direct manner!
- Leonard: Herta Space Station is the turf of Genius Society members, so it's not inconceivable that other forces target us. Therefore, our safety and staff awareness should be at the top of the universe as well.
- Leonard: In order to be able to quickly respond to such incidents in the future, I think that a safety drill for the entire space station should be arranged immediately: A select number of staff members will have their terminals sent a mail embedded with special programs...
Phishing mail?
- Leonard: No, no no no. Not as simple as that.
Will I get it too?
- Leonard: No no, I'm not done yet.
- Leonard: What we're defending against are enemies on the level of Stellaron Hunters. They won't give you a choice.
- Leonard: The moment the mail is successfully received, the program will attack automatically and immediately regardless of time, location, or whether it was opened. Within moments, the virus will spread throughout the entire space station!
- Leonard: Be it personal terminals, public facilities, or the electric seat warmer on the toilet, everything might collapse within moments!
Scary...
Have you started looking for your next job?
Not the toilet seat!- Leonard: Don't worry, these "viruses" are all imitations written by me. They are absolutely safe and harmless.
- Leonard: Through the drill, I want to deepen everyone's understanding of network security. Of course, before we start, testing and repeating revision is compulsory.
- Leonard: The requirements for test candidates will be very high. They will need to be bold, careful, and thoughtful. They must not only be familiar with the space station, but also understand Silver Wolf and the Stellaron Hunter. It would be helpful if they also have an altruistic heart...
- Leonard: Who could satisfy all of those requirements? My friend, that's you!
No problem, friend!
- Leonard: I knew it, my good pal, you'll never let me down!
Do you not have any other friends?
- Leonard: You mean on the space station? Of course not. Colleagues are not friends.
This sudden honesty!
Did you switch personalities?- Leonard: Oh, I just had a moment of inspiration. I was at the IPC for a long time, so believe me, friend, when I say "Adversity shows sincerity."
- Leonard: The simulation testing grounds is ready. Let's get to it.
Then let's go.
- Leonard: Come with me!
I'm not ready yet.
- Leonard: Oh... never mind then, it's not urgent. Come talk to me whenever you're ready.
- (Talk to Leonard again)
- Leonard: Through the drill, I can definitely help deepen everyone's understanding of network security. Of course, before we start, testing and repeating revision is compulsory.
- Leonard: The simulation testing grounds is ready. Let's get to it.
Then let's go.
- Leonard: Come with me!

- (Immediately after entering Sealed Sector)
- Leonard: Currently, the network of the area where you are has been hacked. I emulated Silver Wolf's methodology, so you can discover many strange graffiti in various locations in the zone.
- Leonard: Imagine you are a regular staff member of the space station. You need to evacuate to a safe place, but many paths are blocked due to malfunctions caused by the virus.
- Leonard: But luckily for you, you have a wealth of security knowledge! You know exactly how to clear up these graffitis and the viruses they carry so that the malfunctioning devices are restored. Just like the detector from before, investigate the graffiti on the surface and scan them.
- Leonard: Your aim is simple: Remove the obstacle and clear the area. That's all for the rules. Now, try and exit the room.
- (Leave the enclosed space)
- Leonard: Affected by the cyber attack, the sensor door cannot be activated normally. In order to open it, you have to find the graffiti associated with it.
- (Scan and remove the graffiti)
- Leonard: Look, the sensor door is open. Remove the corresponding graffiti to restore the affected devices.
- (Optional: Collect a hacking callcard for the first time)
- Leonard: Hah, you found the little easter egg I hid.
- Leonard: These graffitis are usually referred to as "hacking callcards." They don't serve any actual function other than to distract. I wrote them in the codes to make it more realistic.
- Leonard: There are 3 hacking callcards in each area. Try and locate all of them. As an added reward, collecting hacking callcards will increase your combat ability in the test.

- Leonard: The end is right there in front. Let's see how long you took... You're faster than I expected, (Trailblazer)! Keep going, it's only the final obstacle left.
- (Defeat the Blaze Out of Space)
- Leonard: Wonderful! A textbook performance.
It's so easy.
- Leonard: Of course. You've fought the real Silver Wolf. It's only natural that this practice is incomparable to the real thing.
It's so difficult.
- Leonard: You're too humble! You've fought the real Silver Wolf. It's only natural that this practice is incomparable to the real thing.
- Leonard: If all researchers are able to face it as calmly as you did, there would've been no need to worry that the space station is under a cyber attack.
- Leonard: Let's go back. Oh, right. I've submitted an application for your test rewards. It's already been approved and will be sent to you immediately. Thanks again, my friend!
- Leonard: This test gave me some new ideas. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the flow of the program... If you're interested, come back again!
- (Investigate the portal)
- (If not all "Hacking Callcard" graffitis were scanned)
- Leonard: There are still undiscovered hacking callcards in the domain, are you sure to exit the simulation?

How is the drill revision coming along?- Leonard: All good! I replanned the route and added some new designs. What do you say, wanna try it out?
Let's begin.

- Leonard: In this edition, I added an all-new graffiti. Go ahead, you'll find out about it soon enough.
Continue forward
- (Approach the Blaze Out of Space (Bug))
- Leonard: This is it. These "Level" graffitis usually come in pairs. You can use them to change the strength levels of your enemies, to either strengthen them or weaken them.
- Leonard: Of course, for now, you don't have to strengthen them. Use the graffiti to weaken your enemies.

- (Scan the Level 1 Graffiti)
- Leonard: Look, the enemies are weaker than before. Now!
- (If the player approaches the Voidranger: Trampler (Bug) without weakening it)
- Leonard: These guys are no pushovers... Let's borrow the power of the Level graffitis.
- (Defeat the Voidranger: Trampler)
- Leonard: After a cyber attack, it's usually followed up with a physical invasion. However, sometimes we can utilize the enemy's tactic and catch them with their own net.

- (Talk to Leonard)
Are you still preparing for the drill?- Leonard: Ah, yes. I submitted the last edition to the board and received feedback. Some good, some constructive.
- Leonard: After all, this is a huge undertaking for the entire space station. They will have to give it some more thought, so I added new content and want to ask for your opinion.
Let's begin.
- Leonard: Thank you! Let's go.
- (Enter Sealed Sector (Domain of Excursion): Difficulty III)

- (Approach the Question Mark Graffiti)
- (Trailblazer): ...This "Question Mark" is indeed very eye-catching.
- (Investigate the Question Mark Graffiti)
Investigate- Leonard: How was it? Isn't it just surprising? This near-identical transmission beacon is exactly the same as Silver Wolf's method of teleporting Voidrangers!
- Leonard: ...But of course, I can't actually teleport anything, I can only send you to a different room through moving floor tiles and escape tunnels.
- (If the player approaches bugged enemies)
- Leonard: These guys are no pushovers... Let's borrow the power of the Level graffitis.
- (After defeating the Automaton Direwolf, a portal appears)

- (Talk to Leonard)
About the security drill...- Leonard: Hey... (Trailblazer), I've been thinking about a question.
- Leonard: The more I look into Silver Wolf's program, the more I feel.. she's too far beyond reach. She can do anything just for fun, as if real life is really just a game.
- Leonard: I cannot fathom that. This goes against everything I know. But... I need to keep up with her thinking. If I cannot stand on the same grounds as her, I will never be able to complete this job.
- Leonard: I tried my best. This is the final edition, it's my magnum opus. Think of it as my personal request... Do away with all those samples and data, and just think of this as a simple challenge. Alright?
Of course.
- Leonard: Thank you, I won't have any explanation for you this time. I just hope... you would have fun.

- Leonard: Remarkable... Sure enough, not even the highest difficulty challenge can phase you, but I believe it is enough.
- Leonard: Fascinating. Just seeing you untangling my puzzles and breaking through the obstacles I laid down makes me proud and... somewhat thrilled. Even if it's just a fraction of the original, I think I can understand how Silver Wolf feels.
- Leonard: Hah! That made me reminisce about the time I joined the IPC... What a precious memory, I will never forget it.
- Leonard: Of course, it wouldn't have happened if you didn't help. Allow me to thank you once again... Thank you, friend!
