Selfless Giant Turtle

Legend tells of a giant turtle that roamed the world in the distant Era Chrysea.
It, too, was a creation of Earth, even larger than the dromas.
Day and night bestowed their blessings upon it, as sunlight and moonlight etched patterns on its shell.
People built their city-states beside it, listening to its words of wisdom and sharing in its knowledge.
The stories the giant turtle told were more ancient than the rings of time. Even the seismic Giant Dragon was deeply captivated.
It taught people how to till the soil, identify minerals, and observe the trails of sun, moon, and stars...
Day after day, year after year, until one day, people discovered its body had turned to stone.
For it had given away all its knowledge, leaving only its own chest behind.
Thus, a forest was born upon its back,
and to this day, it continues to flourish.
