Terravox is an NPC on Amphoreus, located in "Radiant Scarwood" Grove of Epiphany's Fragments of Recollection and Beyond Time: An Eternal Page.
He was a Chrysos Heir and a demigod attributed with the Coreflame of Earth.[8]
Profile
Terravox is a dromas, a Titankin of Georios the Earth Titan, and a Chrysos Heir active during the years of the first Flame-Chase Journey.[8] Cerydra credited Terravox to be the wisest of Georios' creations, capable of perceiving the "currents of time."[10]
History
Terravox was born approximately two thousand years prior to the creation of the Light Calendar.[11] In the final Amphoreus cycle prior to the eternal recurrence, Terravox killed Georios during the first Flame-Chase Journey and obtained their Coreflame, assuming the divine authority of Earth and becoming a demigod.[8]

After a century of wandering, Terravox encountered a young Seliose and took her under his wing. During a sparring match, Terravox discovered that Seliose's power was on par with his own, and while he believed that she would one day leave her mark on history, he also noted that her fierce determination could equally bring her great tragedy. One night, Seliose declared her intention to return to the Fortress of Dome and kill Aquila, believing it would set humanity free, though Terravox managed to talk her out of it. Years later, the two became revered heroes throughout Amphoreus and later joined the Flame-Chase Journey, though Terravox would perish in the battle against Georios in Light Calendar 3957.[12]

Terravox inherited the Coreflame of Earth and later encountered the Flame Reaver, who asked Terravox to surrender his own Coreflame to him. Terravox refused, leading the Flame Reaver to kill him, creating an earthquake that lasted for three days and nights.[6]

Terravox wandered across Amphoreus on his own for thousands of years before encountering Cerydra and Hysilens in Okhema. Cerydra invited Terravox to join the Flame-Chase Journey, though he declined, believing it was a glory only reserved for humanity. Cerydra honored Terravox's benevolence, though she nonetheless asked him to lend a hand to the Flame-Chase Journey in the future should the need arise. Terravox left the city after a few days and began sheltering various smaller creatures on his back, though he was eventually targeted by various other city-states for his meat.[6]
By the Month of Everday in Light Calendar 3868, Terravox was at the Dolos Plains when he was liberated from his attackers by Geocles and his Dromas Legion. Geocles and his forces attempted to finish off Terravox's assailants, though Terravox refused to let him, sparking a battle between the two. Terravox successfully defeated Geocles, later becoming the appointed Dromas King of the Dromas Legion. Terravox's decisive leadership of the legion ensured it remained virtually unstoppable, with even the Kremnos Army being unable to defeat them. During this time, Terravox rekindled the Mountain Dwellers' ancestral sense of kindness and formed a deep friendship with Geocles.[13]
During the Assault on Georios at the Oleinus Plateau in Light Calendar 3957, Terravox was contacted by Cerydra, who passed on a deal for Terravox to join the Flame-Chase Army and secure the Coreflame of Earth.[6] Knowing that the age of the Titans was coming to an end and that someone needed to watch over Earth's authority, Terravox agreed to the deal, betraying Geocles and the rest of the Dromas Legion.[1] Terravox led a decisive frontal charge against his former allies, allowing the Flame-Chase Army to encircle them and capture their leaders, including Geocles,[2] who refused to believe Terravox's betrayal was of his own choice and chose to die instead of surrendering to Cerydra.[1]
Soon after, when Hysilens and several other Chrysos Heirs failed to defeat Georios' divine form at their resting place, Terravox dove into the chasm leading into it to confront Georios alone. After a three day battle, Terravox emerged victorious and killed Georios, whose death created devastating earthquakes that rippled across Amphoreus, destroying much of the land. Terravox claimed Georios's Coreflame and became the demigod of Earth, mending the fractured land with his own body from within the earth itself. For his role in the battle, Cerydra appointed Terravox the title of "Dux Terrae."[2]
Terravox remained guilty over his betrayal, which weighed deeply on his conscience. Sometime after ascending as the demigod of Earth, Terravox encountered Evernight, who offered to use the power of the Remembrance to alleviate his pain by recreating Geocles as a Memosprite. In exchange for this, Evernight tasked Terravox to use the divine authority of Earth to construct a memoria tide to safeguard the entrance to the Great Tomb and mask her movements throughout the world.[1] Terravox accepted Evernight's deal, who then masked Terravox in the memoria tide to dilute his existence in the world.[6] This led Terravox to be declared deceased in Light Calendar 3961 and his name to be transcribed on an epitaph dedicated to fallen Chrysos Heirs at the Somber Altar of Candles.[11]
A thousand years later in Light Calendar 4931, Terravox assisted Evernight in abducting the Trailblazer, preventing Hysilens from following them into the memoria tide. Once the path to the Great Tomb below the Grove of Epiphany was opened by Khaslana, Terravox appeared to greet Dan Heng, Dan Feng and Hysilens after they defeated Geocles, who at the time was impersonating Terravox. Terravox disclosed his own past and admitted to conspiring with Evernight, explaining that he was willing to sacrifice everything in the name of the Permanence to ensure those who walked the land survived through him and reached a new future. Sympathizing with Terravox, Dan Heng proposed an offer to carry on Terravox's desire by inheriting the Coreflame of Earth from Terravox, using his own body and the power of the Permanence as an ark to ensure all life reached a future beyond Amphoreus. Terravox agreed to the offer, recalling Earth's prophecy before relinquishing the Coreflame and his duty as a demigod to Dan Heng, fading away in the process while Dan Heng ascended as Permansor Terrae.[1]
