The Ascension of the Shield Powerhouse is an Achievement in the category Eager for Battle.
To unlock this achievement, all three of 
Ichor Memosprite: Judge of Oblivion "Hemotort Teethgrind" or "Hemotort Saw" attacks must damage a Shield when they are used. The damage does not need to be fully blocked.
