Variable Dice

A die formed from probability spins alone in the void. The bundled uncertainty ignites and goes out like the birth and death of stars. The universe is filled with variables. If even stars have a chance at resurrection, then what say a Relic?

Variable Dice is a Consumable that can be used to re-roll Subsidiary Stats upgrade counts for fully-enhanced (Lv 15) 5-star Relics.
How to Use
The 4 or 5 upgrade counts (for Relics that started with 3 or 4 substats, respectively) will be rerolled. The values of each substat will be rerolled as well, including both the initial values and the upgrade values. The substats themselves are not rerolled, even if the Relic originally had only 3 substats. After using the Variable Dice, the player can choose to keep the original substats or use the rerolled substats.
When using a Variable Dice, an 
Interference Key may additionally be used to prevent a single unwanted substat from receiving any upgrades.
