Wen Mingde (Chinese: 温明徳) is an NPC aboard the Herta Space Station, located in the Base Zone, behind the Reception Center's front desk.

Wen Mingde is a researcher at the Herta Space Station, the Head of the Implement Arts and the leader of the Curio Collection Squad. He is the son of Wen Huairen.^[1]

Wen Mingde: If it isn't the infamous (Trailblazer)? Surely you are here to volunteer in the Curio Collection Squad, inspired by the Declaration of Revival.

So, you must be Wen Mingde.

Wen Mingde: (Trailblazer), I have heard good things about you. Please excuse me for this informal reception.

Wen Mingde: It's our destiny to meet. For a talented young person like yourself, this conversation is meant to be...

Wen Mingde: Please allow me to introduce myself again. I am Wen Mingde, head of the Herta Department of Implement Arts. I am also the Curio Collection Squad Leader, in charge of establishing safe areas in the base zone.

Wen Mingde: Allow me to be frank. I am currently troubled by the lack of human resources available for the Curio Collection Squad.

Wen Mingde: There are four zones in the space station. With our current capacity, we can only take care of one. If the situation persists, I wonder when we will achieve the objective we have set out in the Declaration of Revival.

Wen Mingde: After calming myself down and giving it some thought, I realized that recruiting external members may be the solution.

Wen Mingde: While I was lingering on that thought, you began a conversation with me. What a pleasant coincidence.

Wen Mingde: Ha! An important department within the space station, Implement Arts is. We oversee the incoming and outgoing of all our assets, including inventory checks and counts.

Wen Mingde: Furthermore, we maintain close communications with Interastral Peace Corporation. For someone as well-traveled as yourself, I'm sure you've heard of our reputation.

Curio Collection Squad?

Wen Mingde: The Curio Collection Squad is a temporary emergency unit established by the space station to address the needs of the post-disaster revival.

Wen Mingde: As the name suggests, it is mainly responsible for collecting the Curios that have been displaced due to the recent monster invasion.

Safe zone?

Wen Mingde: It is the very ground on which we stand. The stronghold from which the space station researchers fought back against the Antimatter Legion.

Wen Mingde: Although the situation is generally under control, the monsters have not been completely wiped out.

Wen Mingde: The safe zone is the result of our transition plan, for us to take back all the lost zones. I am confident all the dots will eventually be connected.
