Batti is a Bangboo who works as a mail courier.
History
Batti wanted to earn a full time position as a mail courier, and so to boost his performance numbers while still working as a temp, created a rumor around the "Wish Post Office", where if a Bangboo put their mail in a specific mailbox at a set time, their wish would come true. This plan did work out, with Berk putting Batti on probation to see if he was ready for a full time job.
Batti however realized very quickly he was in over his head, and the workload he had taken on was far more than he could handle alone. Fortunately Phaethon was in the area and heard his dismay, promising to help him deliver the letters. Batti would work relentlessly to ensure the wishes in the letters were realized, working himself raw to the point his screws began to rust. As the probation period ended and Mr. Berk informed Batti that he had passed and Batti spread a rumor around that the Wish Post Office was closing its doors, the truth eventually came to light to Phaethon, though given how hard the Bangboo had been working, they chose to praise him and help him finish his last wish letter deliveries.
