(That's right!); Just as expected, Norma slips into the shadows of the street corner before Batti arrives...; Batti: Ehn? Ehn-ne-ne... (Wait... Dear customer... did you seriously wake up early just to wait here and drop off a letter?); Batti: ...Ehn-ne-ne! (...Sorry for the wait! We'll get your letter sent out right away!); Complete the "wishing ritual" and deliver the letter.
