Cadyn is an NPC located in Booastrum District. He is a commander of the Airspace Patrol.

Cadyn is known for being sharp and decisive in combat, as well as a dependable commander, but he struggles with communication outside of standard command instructions. He attends meetings conducted by the Council of Representatives to try and improve his communication skills.
