Connecting with the Star (III)

Connecting with the Star (III) is a Combat Commission contracted by Venus. It starts immediately after finishing Connecting with the Star (II). Completing this commission awards the Achievement: Even Faint Light Brings Clarity.

Steps

Wipe out the Black Anchor in Hollow!

Talk to Venus in Port Elpis
