"Cyclical Destiny" is an Interactable located in Failume Heights. It can be found next to the cable car that leads to Sailume Bay. Talking with the NPCs discussing the statue's meaning grants the achievement Who Has the Final Right of Interpretation.

- Look closely and you'll see it's a tiny car stretched to near-impossible proportions.

- Laid-back Guy: The delivery vehicle has the word "Food" written on it, which must mean all the good eats in Failume Heights will be delivered to us at lightning speed!

- Confident Guy: No, no... There must be a deeper reason why this statue was placed here.
I believe it represents the struggle between the new force and the old! - Confident Guy: The white gas released by the new force appears pure and harmless, yet delivers a deadly strike to the old force; the yellow old force spews black gas, but it's nothing more than a futile last gasp!
