Defiant Seagull is an Interactable that can be found in Port Elpis. It is located on the top floor of the lighthouse.
Dialogue

- A seagull stares intently at the ocean.
Buy fries to lure it.
- The seagull looks at the fries with disdain. It squawks twice, as if... laughing at you?
- Soon, it locks eyes on someone else walking by with fries.
- The seagull dives swiftly toward its new target, snatching the entire carton before soaring away over the water. Once again, it squawks mockingly.
- The unfortunate fry owner storms off in frustration.
- (ProtagonistProtagonist): (What's the difference between those fries and mine?! Wait... they had ketchup—ketchup?!)
- (ProtagonistProtagonist): (So, I just got laughed at by a seagull who likes to dip its fries in ketchup because I didn't dip mine?!)
