Posing as a friendly doctor, Dr. Lohr had secretly tampered with the batches of anticorruption medicine Porcelumex provided to its workers, and manipulated the latter to turn against the company and take his own medicine in order to corrupt them and use them as fodder for The Exaltists' plans.
