Story Description: You go to the Public Security office again to renew your business license, and before leaving, you're somehow reminded of the rat Thiren from last time. Meanwhile, the very same rat Thiren, Jane, returns to the gang's transfer station with a plan in mind and happens to witness Seth being escorted to the bathroom.

Story Description: Jane catches up to Seth and the underling who betrayed the gang, just ahead of the Mountain Lions. As she's about to reveal her true identity and let them go, Razor shows up with his gang members.

- Guard Underling: Seth... Did they... really give you muscle relaxants...?
- Guard Underling: How did you... manage to run faster than us... the whole way...?
- Seth: The thing with muscles is... as long as you're reasonable with them and motivate them, they'll always be able to move!
