Razor is an NPC. He is the leader of the Mountain Lion Gang, with Razor being the eponymous "Mountain Lion" himself.

Profile

Razor takes the appearance of a Hollow Thug - Rampant Brute. Despite being the leader, he is rarely around, usually occupied with other matters at the main base of the Mountain Lions called the "Lion's Den" and only checks in on other places, such as their transfer stations, when necessary. He is shown to be very strict and commanding, with a low tolerance for those who don't obey him or his rules.

History

Razor makes his first appearance during Undercover R&B after Jane Doe successfully infiltrates the Mountain Lion Gang and returns to their transfer station, the closest one to their base, the Lion's Den. After a henchman tries to intimidate an underling by pulling rank, Razor appears behind him, reminding him that he made the rules about the transfer station and the secret knock before asking why they broke them. Jane intervenes by explaining that they were ambushed to which Razor compliments her by saying there might be a spot for her as a trusted bodyguard. Razor soon leaves after giving instructions to arrange for them to get back to the den in groups.^[1]
He later reappears after Jane chases down Seth and an underling who wanted to leave the gang. After tossing the underling in a place where there were warnings of fissures potentially opening, Jane proposes to Razor to have a duel between her and Seth in the Lion's Den for her promotion as bodyguard, to which Razor agrees.^[2] After Jane arrives at the Lion's Den, which is revealed to be in Hollow Zero, she passes the Mountain Lions' trial, before Razor and his underlings suddenly ambush her to injure her. Razor reveals that he wanted Jane to lose the duel against Seth on purpose so that he could finish Seth himself. Jane tries to argue, but Razor retorts that he wanted to remain as the only figure of authority within the Mountain Lions and therefore needed bodyguards who would protect him and his reputation., not someone like Jane whom he felt was trying to usurp him. However, Jane pulls her final trick card by allying with Seth, revealing she even stole Razor's keycard in order to escape. The two then defeat Razor, but the Mountain Lions continue to chase them until a fissure opens, revealing the rest of Public Security. Razor and his gang are promptly arrested, ending the reign of the Mountain Lion Gang.^[3]
