Lu Hengzhou is a commission-exclusive NPC who first appeared during Season 2 Chapter 6 as a secondary antagonist.
Profile
Lu Hengzhou previously served as an elder of Yunkui Summit, and had organized the gathering of orphans to become disciples in an effort to find suitable wielders for the Qingming Sword. After his scheme was publicly exposed by Ye Shiyuan, Yixuan expelled him from the sect and handed him over to Public Security.
