Norma: Their coordination and communication are really efficient...

Ultra Jake: Nhu-nhe, na-en nhu... (Not bad I guess, but they're still a ways away from my level...)

Ultra Jake: Nhu-nhe na! (Running a convenience store is super easy!)

Norma: They may only be handling simple day-to-day tasks, but it's still really impressive.

Norma: I wonder how the owner here trains them? Or did they install some special module?

It's probably because they're around each other all the time.

Norma: Looks like the "Enhanced Training" module is performing exceptionally well...

Norma: If we could package their data set for the ESD Bangboo to train on, we might be able to develop some remarkable coordination skills.

Norma: Whoa, it's a model that can actually speak the human language!

Ultra Jake: Ehn-nhu ne? Nha ehn! (What's up with the way you end your sentences? It sounds weird...)

Officer Mewmew: ...!

Officer Mewmew: My... My way of speaking makes you feel awkward?! Purr!

Norma: Purr...? Yeah, that is a pretty distracting little quirk...

Officer Mewmew: But all the kids say I sound super cute when talking like that!

Norma: See? You can speak normally.

Norma: Protecting New Eridu looking like that...? New Eridu really is doomed, it's like a Bangboo with a corrupted Logic Core.

Before things turn into another personal jab at Officer Mewmew, I offer an apology and take both of them away.

Norma: What the heck, does the surface's law enforcement seriously need a mascot like that?

Norma: Like how your street has tons of Bangboo shop clerks, or that weird mascot who likes to pretend to be a Bangboo, and the sunshine on New Eridu's beaches is every bit as beautiful as the sunrise above Roscaelifer's clouds.

Norma: I was supposed to be properly studying New Eridu's Bangboo, but before I knew it, I got completely distracted by the city itself.

Norma: I never thought I'd find something as entertaining as Bangboo...

Norma: The city you've lived in all this time suddenly came to life for me, instead of just being a surface city I've heard you talk about.

Norma: If Roscaelifer were to open up to a city like this... who knows, maybe it's not such a wild idea after all...

So your investigation had a deeper meaning to it?

Norma: Negative. I merely have a natural curiosity toward anything interesting enough to explore.
