(Post) Demolition delayed? What gives?

 Anyone see the news? They said today's demolition of the metro is gonna be delayed for "technical reasons." But based on my professional experience, Vision's explosives don't use any sophisticated tech and there are no complicated facilities involved in the blast zone, so it's highly unlikely to be delayed for any technical reasons. Anyone know what's really going on? | ||

But ever since Vision sent off their transport with the explosives, there hasn't been any news of them arriving — just an update about the demolition being postponed.
