[Post] Something Made by a Bandit Can Be Called Art? I'm sure you've all heard about the New Eridu Gallery heist while they were moving, and I can't help but wonder why that lamp is thought to be the most valuable thing out of all the stolen stuff. It doesn't really add up to me. I don't want to talk about Kay Faelschung's taste in art here. My point is that she made fake jewelry for gangsters — hundreds of pieces — and also created fake money. The money they earned from those fakes is something I could never make in a hundred lifetimes. Then she just took all the real jewelry and ran away? To me, she was a criminal in the first place and someone who did not honor a contract. Exhibiting her works in the gallery is simply unacceptable to me.

	Anonymous In the official report, the gangsters went after Kay Faelschung and her accomplices, and she ended up dying in a shipwreck. However, after the ship was pulled up, the jewelry was not found. The authorities believe that the jewelry was hidden somewhere, and there are supposedly code words that might lead to the hiding place.	4F
