Interacting with the Signboard is required for the achievements Fishing Prohibited and Nothing Can Stop You.

(Interact with Signboard): No one knows who put up this sign, but it says: "No Fishing Allowed."; Not far away, the anglers, as usual, are leisurely indulging in their favorite pastime.; Taking another look at the sign—; Bold, enlarged letters. A clear and firm command.; Well... I'll just wander around for a bit.; Time to grab a fishing rod!
