Streets Down the Mountain is an Event Commission and part of the main storyline for Lightstream Notes at Sixth Street.
Steps
- Meet up with Senior Xiao'Guang
- Go find Howl with Senior Xiao'Guang.
- Take her around Sixth Street while you're at it.
- Talk to Senior Xiao'Guang who is staring at Howl
- Find the stools after discussing with Senior Xiao'Guang
- Find the stools after discussing with Senior Xiao'Guang
- Find Howl to complete the mission
- Check the diary

- With a couple of barks, Howl picks up a small stool with a smiley face on it and places it on the ground in front of the newsstand.
Two photos are stuck to the stool. After gently taking them off, a small note falls out:
"Help Howl find its treasure, stranger who's scratched off two fifth prizes!" - Looks like this is a randomly triggered mini-game set up by Howl's master.
The trigger condition might be... getting the bones pattern twice in a row? - Ye Shunguang: Now that we've got a clue, let's go help it out~
