The Gardener is a renowned criminal from the Outer Ring, being among the most wanted from the area.
History
The Gardener had previously worked in collaboration with Romeul and other criminals in the past. When Romeul began plotting to disrupt the Hollow Champion Competition, he contacted The Gardener, along with several other Outer Ring criminals to help him. Their task was to stir up trouble while the wolf Thiren made his escape. The Gardener teaming up with Ghostshade and Hedgehog to guard some of the stolen prizes. Ramiel, who was searching for the Flint Porcelloy W-Engine that was among the prizes, dislocated every bone in their bodies before leaving after she found that the W-Engine wasn't with them. They were later found by Lighter and Lucy of the Sons of Calydon, and later Phaethon, Billy and Cissia, who they explained the situation to after some coercing.
Afterwards, Romeul, The Gardener and the other criminals were arrested by Public Security and taken in to custody.
