If this EX Special Attack triggers Vital View， recovers 1 additional point of Windbite	Launching an EX Special Attack increases her Anomaly Proficiency for 20s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.	Launching an EX Special Attack increases her Anomaly Mastery by 80 for 20s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
	[Velina] Candescent Wind Crown	Lost Void	While Sweeping Cyclone is present on the field, the whole squad's Energy Generation Rate by 40% , Decibel Generation Rate increase by 30%, and Sweeping Cyclone's duration is extended by 3s.	After Velina inflicts the [Windswept] state on an enemy, their All-Attribute RES is reduced by 20% for 20s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.	After Velina inflicts enemies with Windswept, their DEF is reduced by 22% for 20s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
