Vince is an NPC located in Failume Heights. He is the owner of Devon Pawnshop.

Vince is a shrewd Intelligent Construct, who started his business of Devon Pawnshop so he could afford to send his daughter to school. His daughter is a human, though the circumstances around how he adopted her are unknown as he prefers to keep the details private.^[3] As she's been getting older, Vince has been having difficulties connecting with her, but this is because she's frustrated that he is so busy with his work and isn't spending time with her, to the extent that he has had to miss a couple of her birthdays to keep the business running.

(Interaction with Qiuhua, Tuesday Evening): Qiuhua: Hmm, Uncle...; Vince: What's up, lass? Drink vendor's next door.; Qiuhua: Um... Uh... Excuse me... I was wondering... do you need any help? I can do anything, and even if I don't know how, I'm willing to learn!; Vince: Learn what? How to identify stolen goods? How to haggle with them desperados?; Qiuhua: Huh? Is being a pawnbroker really that dangerous?; Vince: Duh! This line of work ain't for kids like you. Hurry on home now.
