Steps
- Head to Emerald Central Park with Velina
Dialogue
- Met up with Velina at Emerald Central Park
- Velina: We're usually in such a hurry. We miss so much along the way.
- (Upon reaching the Wishing Well)
- Velina: It's rare to have this kind of quiet. Let's sit here for a while.
- Velina: The Bangboo here call this fountain the wishing well.
- Velina: They like to toss bottle caps into the water and make wishes.
- Velina: In reality, there's nothing special about it. Just water, and a handful of discarded caps.
- Velina: No one's meant to hear those wishes, and yet, the stories around this place have taken on a life of their own.
- Velina: Because every now and then, some of the shared wishes do come true.
- Velina: Usually through the work of the ESD, AAD... or measures passed by the council.
- Velina: And still, many Bangboo citizens insist it's the fountain itself granting those wishes.
- Velina: Angels, wishing wells... the little ones tend to place their hopes in something beyond reality.
- Velina: But the wishes that truly matter... are the ones you go after yourself.
- Velina: ...My wish? Are you offering to be my "wishing well"?
- Velina: Perhaps... a trip to the ground.
- Velina: It may sound strange, but the first thought that comes to mind is usually the most honest.
- Velina: Being from New Eridu, you've seen far more of the world than I have.
- Velina: So this time, would you be willing to be my guide?
- Velina: Hm? You're not saying no... If anything, you look kind of excited?
- Velina: Hehe... I'm afraid I might have to disappoint you.
- Velina: The ESD has been growing busier by the day, and Norma still needs someone keeping an eye on her.
