Map description
Since it's Lantern Rite, it's only right to gather your dearest friends and loved ones and release Xiao Lanterns together.
Bright Moon, Lantern Glow is a part of the A Lanternlit Ode to the Silver Moon event.
It is unlocked by completing the Event World Quest Bright Moon, Lantern Glow in A Lanternlit Ode to the Silver Moon and accessed from the 
icon by talking to Pingxi.
Tutorial
During the Lantern Rite, Travelers can obtain special "Gift Xiao Lanterns" and "Celebratory Xiao Lanterns." These lanterns can be freely placed within Liyue Harbor and inscribed with well-wishes.
When a Traveler is in their own world, they can receive Celebratory Xiao Lanterns released by other Travelers in their respective worlds. Similarly, Celebratory Xiao Lanterns released by the Traveler in their own world can be claimed by Travelers in other worlds. When a Xiao Lantern is collected, the Traveler who released the Xiao Lantern will also receive likes.
During the Lantern Rite, Travelers can also obtain special "Gift Xiao Lanterns." With the help of these "Gift Xiao Lanterns," Travelers can send their companions various presents.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs has placed many Auspicious Treasure Trees in Liyue Harbor during Lantern Rite. These trees contain Fortune Coins. Use Normal Attacks to trim the branches of the Auspicious Treasure Trees. Once the branches are trimmed, you may obtain Fortune Coins.
When you trim an Auspicious Treasure Tree, or when the Xiao Lanterns you released are collected by other Travelers, you can receive likes.
Additionally, if you release Xiao Lanterns next to your companions, maybe you can receive likes from them too...?

Helping some characters take a souvenir photo will unlock themed Decorative Motifs, which can be used to design custom Greetings for Gift Xiao Lanterns. Watching other characters release a Xiao Lantern will reward their Special Dish ×1.
Releasing a Special Xiao Lantern (Gift Xiao Lantern or Celebratory Xiao Lantern) near these characters will unlock additional dialogue options.
