Requirements
- Adventure Rank 40 and above
- Complete the Archon Quest: Song of the Welkin Moon: Act IV — "An Elegy for Faded Moonlight"
- Complete the World Quest "In the Footsteps of the Chosen of Dragons" first to get the best experience from this event.
- While the rewards are available, once you reach Adventure Rank 28 and complete Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III "A New Star Approaches," you can use the "Quick Start" function to unlock Linnea's Story Quest "Alcyon Chapter."
