Arouet

Arouet is a shop NPC located in Court of Fontaine: Vasari Passage, Fontaine. He runs the Café Lutece, indicated by the 
icon on the map.
The shop is open at all times of the day and sells food, recipes, and ingredients. The stock refreshes daily.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player three Conch Madeleines.
