Fonta is a food item that the player can purchase. Up to 10 Fonta may be purchased from Louis, Arouet, Sanguinetti, Boucicaut, and the Fonta Vending Machine every day.

This dish has no effect besides creating sparkles and colorful bubbles around the active character's face for 5–8 seconds.

Fonta was developed by a team at the Fontaine Research Institute led by Heinry, with Denichere transferring into the team later. After the drink became a commercial success, the Fontaine Research Institute allowed the team to establish the Fonta Company — Fonta Co. for short^[1] — but continued to manage them and the company.^[2]
- The inconsistent usage of "Fonta Co." and "Fonta Company" is a localization-induced change; both correspond to 枫达公司 "Fonta Company" in the original Chinese text.
Once they develop and market new flavors, Heinry wants to rename Fonta to "Fonta: Original."
Despite having a prompt for choosing which characters to consume the food like other Recovery Dishes, Fonta's effect is applied to the whole team.

Fonta is a reference to the real life drink Fanta, which was originally developed in Germany.
- Fanta is referenced again in the World Quest The Power of Research, where Fanngel says that Fonta may be renamed to "Fannta" in his honor.
Fonta Company/Fonta Co. is a reference to the corporation PepsiCo, originally known as the Pepsi-Cola Company.
