Bran is an open-world NPC located in Administrative Area, Fortress of Meropide, Fontaine that works at the Coupon Cafeteria, appearing under the 
map icon.
It will give the player a Welfare Meal once per day.

Bran had been broken even before the Geode Mine Shaft ceased operations in the Fortress of Meropide. It was left in the Abandoned Production Zone for an unknown length of time before it was retrieved by Wolsey after Camden complained about the noises it made during his naps. Wolsey successfully repaired Bran and provided it a job at the Coupon Cafeteria.[1]
Appearance
Bran takes on the appearance of a Nimble Harvester Mek - Pneuma. Its Arkhe alignment is disabled and colored gray.
