Unfinished Comedy is a World Quest Series in Fortress of Meropide, Fontaine.
Requirement: Complete Archon Quest Prologue: Act I - The Outlander Who Caught the Wind

Summary
Caterpillar is a being who appears human but considers himself a "monster" and Lanoire is a young girl born inside the prison who has no official identity and is thus barred from leaving. Caterpillar, seeking atonement and a deeper understanding of his own identity, befriends Lanoire and decides to help her reach her family in the outside world.
The Traveler gets involved in their scheme, which initially involves participating in a rigged "Game of the Rich" competition organized by a sympathetic guard named Estienne. Winning the game allows participants a supervised trip to the surface, which Lanoire and Caterpillar plan to use as their exit. The plan is complicated by another guard, Noailles, who strictly adheres to the law and attempts to stop the escape with the help of Gardemeks (security robots). With the Traveler's help, Caterpillar and Lanoire successfully evade the guards, escape the Fortress of Meropide, and Lanoire is safely reunited with her grandfather, Earnshaw.

- The name of this quest series, Unfinished Comedy, is a reference to the 1957 Chinese film 没有完成的喜剧 Méiyǒu wánchéng de xǐjù, "The Unfinished Comedy."
