Bulgakov (Russian: Булгаков Bulgakov) is an open-world NPC located in Snezhnaya. He can be found on board of a train that can be summoned in Central Station, Svetloledovka, Sretomorozsk and Rankova Zorya.

Bulgakov: Had I known this was going to happen, I'd never have opted to become a rural doctor. All this travel... *Sigh*

What's wrong?

Bulgakov: N—nothing. Oh, you look like one of those noble-minded individuals who are willing to listen to others pour out their troubles...

Bulgakov: It's just that... I'm feeling a little vexed about my work. It took me so much effort to graduate from medical school with decent results. But now, I have no choice but to travel on these trains day in, day out to treat patients in far-off villages and towns...

Bulgakov: Not only are the living conditions in these places poor, sometimes, they can't even afford to pay me my fee. *Sigh* But what am I supposed to do, right? When there's a sickly patient lying right there?

Why don't you look for another job then?
