Dementieva (Russian: Дементьева Dement'yeva) is an open-world NPC located in Snezhnaya. She can be found talking to Firsova on board of a train that can be summoned in Central Station, Morepesok and Rankova Zorya.

Firsova: *sigh*... This is already the fifth time this month. What on earth is going wrong?

Dementieva: Please don't sigh, milady. You're both kind and lovely. If there's a problem, then the problem must lie with the men you've been matched with.
