Profile
Dozorov is a retired fisherman living in Morepesok. He watched Tartaglia grow up, although perhaps not fondly due to the latter's knack for stealing his dried fish as a child. While talking to anyone besides Tartaglia himself, Dozorov describes him as an "absolute handful" and a "total monster," although he quickly corrects himself. In their exclusive dialogue, Tartaglia refers to him as "Grandpa Dozorov" and seems to be aware that Dozorov's stories about him are less than flattering.

Dialogue
Dialogue Set #1
- Dozorov: Uh, Morepesok may look like a humble fishing village by the sea, but let me tell you, the youngest of the Fatui Harbingers actually hails from right here!
About the youngest Harbinger...
- Dozorov: That would be Master Childe himself! Ah, I basically watched the boy grow up. Even back then, he was always an absolute handful... I mean, a remarkably sharp-witted child!
- Dozorov: He wasn't even ten when he started heading out to sea with the older teenagers. He'd even sneakily... "borrow" the dried fish hanging in my yard!
- Dozorov: I could tell even then that the kid was bound to become a total monster... I mean, a mastermind! A man of great consequence!
A remarkable land indeed... breeding such "masterminds."
- Dozorov: Aye, the fishermen living along these shores are all warriors who battle the sea... Don't underestimate the grit we forge amidst the icy waters and giant waves!
- Dozorov: *sigh*... If this miserable arthritis of mine weren't acting up so much, I'd still be out there braving the waves with those young lads. A shame... a real shame...
I'll leave you to it, then.
- Dozorov: Mm... Alright. Goodbye...
Dialogue Set #2
Available if Tartaglia is the active character.
- Dozorov: Oh, my, if it isn't our good Harbinger, Lord Childe... What brings you back to visit us?
- Dozorov: Oh, that reminds me... Two days ago, I was telling some tourists stories of your childhood.
Um, I'd rather you not, Grandpa Dozorov...
- Dozorov: Ah, but that wouldn't do! Why, you were quicker and more agile than all the other children in stealing dried fish from my yard, and you were only four or five then...
- Dozorov: You see, you were always special — and they all need to know that!
Alright, don't let me disturb your rest.
- Dozorov: Disturb me? Oh, not at all... If anything, we're glad you're willing to speak with us old folks.
